1. About these terms

These terms apply to fluentica.in, ai.fluentica.in and the Fluentica app, run by Fluentica, Bhagalpur, Bihar. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You sign up with your name, email and phone number and log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email secure. One account is for one person.

3. Free plan and paid plans

• Free: 2 minutes of AI speaking practice a day and basic features.
• 3-day pass (₹9): full access for 3 days, once per account. It does not renew.
• Plus monthly (₹299): full access for 30 days. Pro yearly (₹2,499): full access for 365 days. Plans do not renew automatically.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Fluentica does not store your card or UPI details.

5. Fair use

Do not misuse the AI trainer, share your account, or try to get around the free-time limit. We may pause accounts that do.

6. AI feedback

Scores and corrections are produced by artificial intelligence. They are a practice guide and may sometimes be wrong.

7. Institute courses

Classroom courses, fees and batches are confirmed separately at admission.
