₹9 three-day pass

The ₹9 pass is a low-cost trial and is not refundable once access has started, except when the payment failed or you were charged more than once.

Monthly and yearly plans

If a plan does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of payment. If you have used fewer than 3 AI sessions, we refund the full amount. Otherwise we may refund part of it or extend your access instead.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was taken but your plan did not start, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Institute course fees

Refunds for classroom courses follow the terms given at admission.
